Inspur Electronic Information Industry (SHE:000977) forecasted first-half attributable net profit of between 2.60 billion yuan and 3.10 billion yuan, compared with 798.6 million yuan the previous year.
The 226% to 288% jump is attributed to higher artificial intelligence infrastructure demand, product innovation and enhanced supply chains, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Basic earnings per share are expected to rise to between 1.77 yuan and 2.11 yuan from the previous year's 0.5425 yuan.
Shares of the information technology infrastructure products company jumped 10% in recent trade.
