Rivian Automotive (RIVN) launched an offering of 75 million shares while issuing a Q2 revenue estimate that exceeded market expectations late Monday in separate statements.

Shares slumped 14% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 54 million shares from a daily average of roughly 30.8 million.

Space Exploration Technologies (SPCX) shares fell over 5% after the company was added to the Nasdaq 100 on Tuesday.

More than 49.8 million shares traded intraday, versus a daily average of 170.5 million.

Semtech (SMTC) signed an agreement for a $360 million revolving credit facility and an uncommitted incremental term loan facility, the company said in a filing.

Shares declined 7.5%, with an intraday trading volume of over 1.98 million, versus a daily average of about 3.64 million.
