Ryder Capital (ASX:RYD) reported a pre-tax net tangible assets return of 33.5% for the 12 months through June for a fiscal year-end closing pre-tax NTA of AU$1.9803 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company confirmed its intention to pay an unchanged minimum quarterly dividend of AU$0.03 per share fully franked for the fiscal year 2027, equating to an annual dividend of AU$0.12 per share.
"The board's view is the portfolio remains undervalued and trading below intrinsic value, providing the basis for a positive outlook and expectation for another strong year of returns," the company said.
Ryder Capital shares gained 3% in recent Wednesday trade.
