Enerpac Tool Group agreed to acquire Specialized Fabrication Equipment Group from SFEG Holdings, a portfolio company of Gladstone Investment, for about $472 million in cash. The deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, will be funded by cash on hand and borrowings from Enerpac's credit facility. Enerpac expects the acquisition to bolster its presence in certain industrial tools categories and add about $1 billion to its total addressable market. Shares of Enerpac rose 6.4% to $36.50 in late trading.

Coty plans to transfer its license to sell Gucci-branded beauty products back to Kering next year, about a year ahead of the license's original term, for $400 million. Under the deal, Coty will continue to operate the Gucci beauty brand through at least June 30, 2027. Coty said the agreement will allow it to focus on its priority brands, with plans to invest the proceeds from the deal into its core prestige fragrance and beauty portfolio. Coty also expects to use the proceeds to pay down its debt and to improve its organizational setup. Coty's stock rose 3.6% to $2.31 after hours.

IOThree Limited recorded higher full-year revenue, citing growth for its edge computing infrastructure and other digital offerings. Vessel operators are increasingly choosing to run computing power directly on board rather than through the cloud due to growing concerns around data security and ownership, Chief Executive Officer Eng Chye Koh said in a letter to shareholders. Koh said demand for digital solutions across the marine sector continues to grow, with particular strength in Singapore and Taiwan. He expects that momentum to continue into the current fiscal year. The stock climbed 44% to $3.64 in after-hours trading.

FuelCell Energy announced the launch of a $200 million underwritten public offering of common stock. The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for capital expenditures related to expanding its manufacturing capacity, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. Shares fell about 16% to $21.71 in late trading.
