SmartRent (SMRT) partnered with IT service provider Hexaware Technologies to improve its revenue and customer operations using artificial intelligence, Hexaware said Monday.

Hexaware will run SmartRent's customer support operations from its Hyderabad delivery center, integrating voice-based AI tools across voice, email and chat channels, the company said.

The collaboration will also deploy bill-to-cash solutions to help manage cash collections and revenue operations, Hexaware said.
