Hong Kong-based conglomerate CK Hutchison (HKG:0001) is planning to sell its French luxury perfume and cosmetics firm Marionnaud to BEHN and has begun the consultation process for the same, The Standard reported Wednesday.

Watson Group, which is a flagship retail subsidiary of CK Hutchison, took over Marionnaud in 2005 for 534 million euros. The French retailer, which has 377 stores in France alone, generated 536 million euros in revenue in 2024, the report said.

The news report did not state a time frame for the sale.

CK Hutchison did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
