Blue Gold Limited (BGL) said Wednesday it received two notifications from Nasdaq on July 1, regarding non-compliance with continued listing requirements on the Nasdaq Global Market.
The company's Class A ordinary shares no longer meet the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement, based on the closing price over the prior 30 business days.
Blue Gold also said the market value of its listed shares has been below the $50 million minimum over the same period.
The notifications have no immediate effect on trading, according to the company. Blue Gold has until December 28, 2026, to regain compliance with both requirements.
