BW LPG (BWLP) said Friday its BW LPG India subsidiary has agreed to sell BW Elm vessel to an unnamed buyer for cash proceeds of $64 million.

The sale of the vessel, which was built in 2007, is expected to generate a net book gain of about $36 million.

The vessel is scheduled to be delivered to the buyer in the middle of August, the company said.
