Salesforce's (CRM) Sales Cloud platform will be deployed by Datamatics across a North American transportation and logistics provider's operations to improve visibility into customer relationships and sales opportunities, Datamatics said Thursday.

The project also includes migrating customer records and integrating Salesforce with the client's core systems to enable real-time data sharing and support an AI-ready digital environment, Datamatics said.

Salesforce shares were down 2.4% in Thursday trading.
