Virtu Financial (VIRT) said Tuesday that it expects to report Q2 adjusted earnings per share of $1.82.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.72.
Virtu Financial further said it has commenced the marketing of incremental term loans worth $400 million, raising the total term loan balance under its senior secured facility to $1.93 billion.
Shares of the company were down 7.2% in Tuesday premarket activity.
