Hillman Solutions (HLMN) said Monday it expects Q2 net sales between $440 million and $444 million, up from $402.8 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $431.7 million.
The company said it expects 2026 net sales between $1.63 billion and $1.73 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.66 billion.
Additionally, the company said it has launched a refinancing of its existing Term Loan B due in 2028 and an asset-based revolving credit facility due in 2027.
The proposed refinancing is expected to consist of a $735 million senior secured Term Loan B, maturing in 2033, and a $375 million senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility, maturing in 2031, the company said.
