Pentair lowered its second quarter and full-year revenue guidance citing declining sales in its pool segment.

The water treatment and solutions company said on Tuesday it now anticipates second-quarter sales of $930 million, down 17% from its prior guidance, compared with its previous forecast for revenue to increase 1%.

Pentair also cut its revenue outlook for 2026, projecting sales to decline 4% to 7%. It had guided for revenue to increase 2% to 4%. The company recorded $4.18 billion of revenue in 2025, according to FactSet.

The company said that Chief Financial Officer Nicholas Brazis had resigned and left on July 10 to pursue another opportunity at a private company.

Bob Fishman was named CFO on an interim basis.

Fishman was the company's CFO from 2020 to March of this year before resigning. He was also the company's chief accounting officer from 2020 to 2025. Fishman was previously NCR Corporation's executive vice president and CFO, Pentair said.
