0944 GMT - Barratt Redrow guiding for a 40 million to 45 million pounds rise in administrative costs and interest charges implies downgrades to Peel Hunt's 568 million pound adjusted pretax profit forecast for fiscal 2027, analysts from the U.K. brokerage say in a note. The U.K.'s planning backdrop continues to pose difficulties for the house builder as it now expects to operate 414 sales outlets instead of the guided-for 425 to 435 outlets in fiscal 2027, Clyde Lewis and Sam Cullen write. "While trading remains resilient, minimal house price inflation and build cost inflation in the 3%-4% range implies further margin weakness, and we expect to see cuts to the (wide) consensus." Shares are up 3.2% at 287.20 pence. (anthony.orunagoriainoff@dowjones.com)
