Lulu's Fashion Lounge (LVLU) said late Monday it has formed a special committee to evaluate strategic alternatives to boost stockholder value, including a possible transaction or continued execution of its standalone plan.

The company said the committee has retained Solomon Partners as its financial advisor, adding that there is no assurance that the process will result in a transaction.
