Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment (SHA:688630, HKG:9630), or CFMEE, raised net proceeds of HK$478 million following the full exercise of the over-allotment option for its H-share offering on the Hong Kong bourse.

The option, exercised on July 10, added over 1.9 million new H shares at HK$252.73 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The additional shares will begin trading on July 15.

Shares of the printed circuit board maker were down 7% in recent trade on the Hong Kong bourse.
