P.A Resources (KLSE:PA) subsidiary, PA Extrusion (M), has renewed its master supply agreement with US solar panel manufacturer First Solar and its subsidiaries in Malaysia and Vietnam, according to a Malaysian bourse filing on Tuesday.

The new contract is valued at about $322.2 million.

Under the agreement, which runs from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, P.A. Resources will supply aluminium extrusion profiles for First Solar's photovoltaic modules.

Shares of the renewable energy company surged over 5% in recent trade.
