1015 GMT - The Federal Reserve will likely avoid raising interest-rates before the U.S. midterm elections in early November, according to 83% of those polled in Bank of America's July global fund manager survey. Only 14% expect the Fed will hike rates during this time horizon. When asked how the Fed will change the Fed Funds rate in the next year, just 36% said they expected at least one hike and 29% expect no change, BofA says.The survey was conducted between July 2 and July 9.
