National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) said late Tuesday its common shareholders approved the company's previously announced acquisition by $Public Storage(PSA-N)$ (PSA).

About 99.9% of votes cast, representing more than 84% of outstanding common shares, supported the deal, which is expected to close on or about July 22, the company said.
