Skyward Specialty Insurance Group increased its share repurchase program to up to $100 million.
The company's previous authorization was for $50 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it will have discretion over the timing of the repurchases, and it may modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time.
