Hemab Therapeutics' (COAG) sutacimig continues to support clinically meaningful and durable bleed reduction in Glanzmann thrombasthenia, based on the company's phase 2 long-term extension data, Wedbush Securities said in a Tuesday note.

Across the efficacy-evaluable population, sutacimig reduced annualized treated bleeding rate by 47% over the combined treatment and extension periods, with benefit observed across dose levels, bleed locations, and bleed etiologies.

Additionally, the 47% reduction in annualized treated bleeding rate over the combined treatment and extension periods matched the 47% reduction observed during the initial 12-week treatment period alone, supporting a durable effect over extended dosing, according to the note.

The investment firm said that beyond sutacimig, it was encouraged by updates related to HMB-002 in von Willebrand disease and the introduction of HMB-003, reinforcing a "positive view" on the company's bleeding-disorder franchise.

Wedbush reiterated its outperform rating with a $55 price target.
