Nutrition and health food products company NutryFarm International (SGX:AZT) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named AIDC Investor and a step-down subsidiary named HyperEdge Global, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

AIDC Investor was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in Singapore on July 7, with an issued and paid-up capital of SG$10,000.

Subsequently, on July 13, AIDC Investor formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, HyperEdge Global, with an initial issued and paid-up capital of $10,000.

Both incorporations were funded by internal resources and are not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the group for the current financial year ending Sept. 30, the company said.
