Celldex Initiates Search for New CFO Ahead of Martin's Retirement

Celldex has begun a search to find a new chief financial officer to succeed Sam Martin, who will retire in March.

Martin has been CFO since 2017, and joined the company's finance team in April 2009, the clinical stage biopharmaceutical company said Wednesday.

Chief Executive and co-founder Anthony Marucci said Martin played an important role in developing Celldex from an emerging early-stage research and development company to a late-stage leading immunology company.
