CL Workshop (NWGL) filed a registration statement late Friday for a mixed-shelf offering of up to $200 million of its securities over time.

The offering covers its American depositary shares, each representing eight Class A ordinary shares, debt securities, warrants, rights and units.

Shares fell nearly 19% in after-hours activity.
