BP (BP) agreed to sell its BP Retail Austria unit, which houses its mobility, convenience, and electric vehicle charging businesses in the country, to Volenergy, according to a Monday statement.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The sale includes 250 bp branded retail sites that will continue to operate under the BP brand due to a brand license deal, but excludes Castrol and the company's aviation business in Austria, BP said.

BP expects to close the sale at the end of the year, according to the statement.
