Ascentage Pharma (HKG:6855) filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed at-the-market offering of up to $200 million in American depositary shares, according to a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Net proceeds will be used to support the commercialization of olverembatinib and lisaftoclax, ongoing clinical trials, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

The proposed offering is subject to Hong Kong Stock Exchange waivers from certain listing rules, and no ADSs will be sold until the waivers are granted.
