Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) has completed the acquisition of a 19.9% stake in Avanti Gold, acquiring 44.5 million Avanti shares, according to an Australian bourse filing on July 17 after market hours.

The company has issued 72.9 million new shares as consideration and will grant 36.5 million options, exercisable at AU$0.60 and expiring three years from the date of issue, subject to applications under the option prospectus, the filing added.
