AIC Mines (ASX:A1M) expects its Eloise and Jericho copper mines in Queensland to produce a combined 17,500 tonnes to 18,500 tonnes of copper in concentrate in fiscal 2027, weighted to the second half of the year, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The fiscal 2027 blended average all-in sustaining cost is expected to be in a range of AU$4.80 to AU$5.20 per pound of copper sold, the company said.

AIC Mines also issued a fiscal 2028 combined production target for the two mines of 20,000 to 22,000 tonnes of copper in concentrate, with output expected to rise to between 25,000 and 27,000 tonnes in fiscal 2029.

Commissioning of the stage one Eloise plant expansion to 1.1 million tonnes per annum and the ramp-up of underground production at Jericho is planned for the December quarter. Meanwhile, the stage two Eloise plant expansion to 1.5 million tonnes per annum is now targeted for completion in the December 2028 quarter, about two years earlier than previously planned, the company said.

It added that no additional funding is required for the Eloise plant expansion or accelerated underground development at Jericho.

AIC Mines shares gained nearly 4% in recent Monday trade.
