BW LPG (BWLP) agreed to sell the BW Levant for net cash proceeds of about $38 million, the company said Monday.

The vessel is expected to be delivered to the buyer by mid-November at the latest and the sale is estimated to yield a net book gain of about $17 million, BW LPG said.
