Hyosung ITX (KRX:094280) has entered into a colocation service contract with SK Telecom valued at 252.7 billion won, which accounts for 48.7% of its latest consolidated annual revenue.

The contract runs from Jan. 1, 2027, to Dec. 31, 2033, with monthly billing and payment due within 30 days of the invoice date, and no upfront deposit required, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The total amount includes reimbursable expenses such as electricity costs, which are estimated based on projected usage rather than fixed charges.

The final contract value and duration may be adjusted depending on future business developments and mutual agreement between Hyosung ITX and SK Telecom (KRX:017670).
