Suntec REIT's DPU Rises 25% in H1

Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust's (SGX:T82U) distribution per unit, or DPU, was up 24.8% during the first half of 2026, to SG$0.0394 from SG$0.0315 a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Net property income declined 0.3% to SG$159.0 million from SG$159.5 million a year earlier.

Distribution income from operations, meanwhile, was up 25.5% in H1 to SG$116.5 million from SG$92.8 million a year earlier.

Gross revenue was up 1.9% year over year to SG$238.9 million from SG$234.5 million.
