NIQ Global Intelligence (NIQ) is likely to deliver a modest Q2 earnings beat and raise its fiscal 2026 guidance, supported by accelerating growth in its Intelligence business, as well as continued margin expansion despite an uncertain macroeconomic environment, RBC Capital said in a Monday note.

Analysts expect NIQ's Intelligence business to accelerate growth through 2026, supported by improving regional performance, AI-enabled products, pricing gains and GfK cost synergies that are expected to drive about 200 basis points of margin expansion.

For Q2, RBC expects revenue of about $1.11 billion, adjusted EBITDA of about $246 million and adjusted EPS of $0.20, broadly in line with consensus estimates and at the upper end of the company's guidance.

The brokerage expects NIQ to raise its fiscal 2026 guidance following Q2 outperformance from its prior forecast for 6.4% to 6.7% revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA of $1.05 billion to $1.067 billion, and adjusted EPS of $0.95 to $0.99.

RBC maintained its outperform rating on the stock with a price target of $13.

NIQ Global Intelligence shares were down more than 2% in Tuesday trading.
