Brown & Brown (BRO) is partnering with Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic, Accenture (ACN) and McKinsey as part of the next phase of its enterprise technology transformation to become an AI-first company, the company said Thursday.

The insurance brokerage said it plans to deploy Anthropic's Claude AI platform across its 23,000 employees and integrate artificial intelligence into customer service, operations, technology and corporate workflows.

The company will also roll out Claude Code across its software engineering organization to accelerate software development, it added.
