Danaher (DHR) reported Q2 adjusted net earnings Tuesday of $1.94 per diluted share, up from $1.80 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.84.
Sales for the quarter ended June 26 were $6.27 billion, up from $5.94 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $6.11 billion.
For full-year 2026, the company raised its adjusted diluted EPS guidance to a range of $8.45 to $8.60, up from its previous guidance of $8.35 to $8.55. Analysts expect $8.45.
Shares of the company were down 8.8% in recent premarket activity.
