Allegion Shares up After Raising FY26 Revenue, Adjusted EPS Views

Shares of Allegion rose after the global security products and solutions provider raised its full-year outlook for revenue and adjusted earnings per share.

The stock was up 11% to $155.38 in recent trading, paring its year-to-date decline to 2.9%.

The company reported second-quarter net income of $184.6 million, or $2.15 a share, up from $159.7 million, or $1.85 a share, a year earlier.

Adjusted earnings per share were $2.40. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.22.

Revenue rose 13% to $1.15 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.12 billion.

Chief Executive John Stone said the company sees continued strength in its Americas non-residential business and positive momentum in demand indicators, but there is weaker demand in some European markets.

Allegion raised its outlook for fiscal 2026 revenue growth to between 7.5% and 8.5%. The company also boosted its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per share view to between $8.85 and $9.00. Wall Street is expecting full-year revenue of $4.39 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $8.79, according to FactSet.
