Life360 Bulls Shrug Off AI Disruption Concerns

Dow Jones
07/22

0034 GMT - Life360's bulls at Morgan Stanley shrug off the AI-driven concerns that have halved the company's valuation since late 2025, focusing instead on how the tracking-app developer can benefit from the technology. The MS analysts tell clients in a note that AI could help dual-listed Life360 lower customer acquisition costs, convert more free users to subscribers, and push more lucrative plans. They say it can also help accelerate revenues from Life360's new advertising business, supported by the company's rich datasets and location insights. MS initiates coverage of Life360's U.S.-listed stock with an overweight rating and US$66.24 target price. It lifts its target price on its ASX-listed stock by 19% to 32.00 Australian dollars. Shares are down 1.4% at A$25.60. (stuart.condie@wsj.com)
