Revenue for the three months ended June 30 rose to $61.3 million from $48.3 million a year earlier.

Netstreit raised its full-year AFFO guidance to $1.37 to $1.39 from $1.36 to $1.39. Analysts expect $1.39.
The company raised its quarterly dividend by $0.025 to $0.225 a share, payable Sept. 15 to stockholders of record Sept. 1.
