GE Vernova (GEV) reported Q2 earnings Wednesday of $2.47 per diluted share, up from $1.86 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.18.
Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $11.10 billion, up from $9.11 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $10.80 billion.
The company said it now expects 2026 revenue range of $45.5 billion to $46.5 billion, compared with the previous outlook of $44.5 billion to $45.5 billion. Analysts expect $45.43 billion.
Shares of the company were down more than 5% in Wednesday premarket activity.
