Redco Healthy Living (HKG:2370) and its executive directors, Tang Chengyong and Wong Yin Man, have been censured by the Hong Kong bourse, according to a release by HKEX.

The breaches were related to issues raised by auditors regarding the company's annual results for 2022 and involved certain fund flows and transactions of its units between March 2022 and June 2023.

The company and its directors have admitted their breaches and accepted the sanctions imposed by the bourse.

Tang and Wong have further been instructed to receive 27 hours of training on regulatory and legal topics, and listing rule compliance.
