(EURONEXT: UMG) ("UMG" or "the Company") today announced that in the period from July 20, 2026 up to and including July 24, 2026, a total of 634,455 of its own shares were repurchased by the Company at an average price per share of EUR18.14 for a total consideration of EUR11,510,143. These repurchases have been made as part of the Company's EUR500 million share buyback program as announced on March 30, 2026. Up to and including July 24, 2026, a total of 26,707,529 shares were repurchased under the share buyback program for a total consideration of EUR499,186,910. The Company has now completed the share buyback program.
