0415 GMT - NetEase 2Q adjusted profit is likely to came in below market expectations, Nomura analysts say in a research note. This is mainly due to investment losses stemming from its holdings of shares in Alibaba Group and PDD Holdings, Nomura says. 2Q was also a quiet quarter for NetEase's online games business due to a lack of new titles, they add. That said, NetEase's online games segment is still supported by its evergreen titles, they say. Nomura maintains a buy rating and $155.00 target price on its ADRs, which last closed at $123.77.
