FactSet Research Systems (FDS) said Monday Di Hirji will join the company as chief people and workforce transformation officer, effective Aug. 3, succeeding Catrina Harding.

Harding, who is leaving FactSet after three years, will remain in an advisory role during a transition period, the company said.
