Fletcher Building (ASX:FBU, NZE:FBU) has confirmed that Golden Bay Cement has met the conditions of its grant funding agreement with the New Zealand Government, enabling the release of grant funds used to purchase New Zealand Units (NZUs), according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
