Brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev is scheduled to report results for the second quarter on Thursday before the opening of the markets in Europe. Here is what you need to know.

SALES FORECAST: Revenue at the maker of Bud Light and Corona should rise by 4.4% organically from the $15 billion it booked in the second quarter of 2025, according to a consensus of analyst estimates compiled by the company. Volumes swung to positive at the start of this year and should continue to grow on year, albeit at just 0.7%, a slower pace than expected for revenue.

EARNINGS FORECAST: AB InBev's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization should grow organically by 4.6% on year from $5.3 billion a year earlier, analysts expect.

Shares in AB InBev closed up at 73.72 euros on Tuesday.

WHAT TO WATCH

--SOCCER BOOST: The company is likely to record a boost to its top line from the FIFA soccer world championship that began in June. Sports fans flocked to bars to watch games, while in-store sales of beer and other booze will also have been strengthened by at-home watch parties.

--PRICING POWER: With revenue growth set to outstrip volume growth, higher prices will be key. Price-mix should contribute more than 4% to total sales growth, according to estimates from JPMorgan.

--SHARE REACTION: Shares have been climbing steadily this year, recovering for the first time to prepandemic levels as investors regain confidence in global appetite for beer. Any signs of rebound in demand in key markets like the U.S. could further gladden investors in the Belgium-listed stock. "We continue to see a consistent delivery supported by positive volumes and robust Ebitda growth, which in our view remains sufficient to sustain performance at current levels," JPM's analysts say.
