Robin Energy (RBNE) said Friday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 750,000 shares at $4 per share. The stock closed at $5.68 in the previous day.

Shares slumped 41% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 683,000 from a daily average of about 90,000.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide (CHRW) said a jury in Dallas County, Texas, issued a $604 million advisory verdict against the firm and two other defendants in a lawsuit stemming from a trucking accident involving an independent motor carrier.

The advisory verdict remains subject to post-trial proceedings before the court enters a final verdict, it said.

Shares dropped 8.2% as intraday trading volume grew to over 2.2 million from a daily average of about 1.7 million.
