EUDA Health (EUDA) said Thursday that GO POSB Organoids and Shenzhen Innovation Immunotechnology plan to combine GO POSB's induced pluripotent stem cell platform and tumor organoid bank with Shenzhen Innovation Immunotechnology's natural killer and NK-TCR cell engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

The proposed collaboration would explore the development, production and commercialization of off-the-shelf cell therapies for wellness and cancer applications, subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals.

EUDA said it plans to fund and coordinate the program and support commercialization and global market access under a nonbinding memorandum of understanding signed July 15.
