Merit Medical Systems (MMSI) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $1.19 per share, up from $1.01 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.96.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $418.8 million from $382.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $405.2 million.

The company now expects 2026 adjusted EPS of $4.25 to $4.35 on revenue of $1.63 billion to $1.64 billion. It previously expected adjusted EPS of $4.01 to $4.15 on revenue of $1.61 billion to $1.63 billion.

Analysts expect $4.07 and $1.62 billion, respectively.

Shares of Merit Medical Systems rose 4.4% in after-hours activity.
