Brixmor Property Analysts Raise Their Forecasts After Q2 Results

Brixmor Property Group (NYSE:BRX) reported upbeat sales for the second quarter on Monday.

The company posted quarterly FFO of $0.58 per share which met the analyst consensus estimate. The company reported quarterly sales of $353.892 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $353.221 million.

Brixmor Property Group raised its FY2026 FFO guidance from $2.34-$2.37 to $2.35-$2.37.

“Our team continued to execute at a high level during the second quarter, delivering strong leasing spreads, record small shop occupancy, and a record signed but not yet commenced rent pipeline,” commented Brian T. Finnegan, Chief Executive Officer and President. “The embedded growth within our portfolio, combined with the momentum from our reinvestment program and recent acquisitions, provides outstanding visibility into future earnings growth and underpins our increased outlook for 2026.”

Brixmor Property shares fell 0.4% to trade at $32.22 on Tuesday.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Brixmor Property following earnings announcement.

  • Evercore ISI Group analyst Samir Khanal maintained the stock with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $35 to $36.
  • Stifel analyst Simon Yarmak maintained the stock with a Hold and raised the price target from $31 to $34.
