KLA (KLAC) is benefiting from secular growth in process control intensity and double-digit growth in its Services segment, while management has raised 2026 wafer fab equipment forecast and expects revenue growth to accelerate in H2, RBC Capital Market said in a note emailed Wednesday.

Management increased its WFE forecast to the low-$150 billion range from its prior forecast of over $140 billion, implying mid-20% growth versus its previous expectation for high-teens growth, according to the note.

For the September quarter, management expects revenue and earnings per share of $4 billion and $1.16 respectively, modestly above consensus estimates of $3.91 billion and $1.14, the note added.

RBC raised its 2027 EPS estimate to $5.34 from $5.06, and introduced a 2028 EPS estimate of $6.63. Meanwhile, the firm said it remains on the sidelines, citing premium valuation and limited catalysts in the near term.

RBC kept a sector perform rating on KLA and raised its price target to $180 from $170.

Shares of KLA were down 9% in Wednesday trading.
