Ameresco (AMRC) reported a Q2 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.20 per diluted share, down from $0.27 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.20.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $515.5 million, up from $472.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $465.2 million.
For the full-year 2026, the company now expects adjusted earnings of $1.15 to $1.35, up from its previous guidance of $1.06 to $1.28, on revenue of $2 billion to $2.20 billion.
Analysts expect EPS of $1.13 on revenue of $2.11 billion.
