Voyager Technologies (VOYG) reported Q2 adjusted loss late Monday of $0.70 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.52 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.92.
Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $52.7 million from $45.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $48.2 million.
The company raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $275 million to $305 million from its prior range of $230 million to $255 million. Analysts expect $240.8 million.
Voyager shares rose more than 16% in after-hours trading.
